– For medical equipment, there must be documents verifying the advertising content (if the document is in a foreign language, it must be translated into Vietnamese) including technical documents issued by the manufacturer. Accepted by the medical equipment management agency of the manufacturing country or accepted by clinical facilities and research institutes authorized to test by the Ministry of Health of Vietnam;
– Authorization letter from the unit that owns the publication of quality standards of advertising products (for units authorized to perform advertising);
– Advertising products recorded on video tapes and discs; audio tapes, audio discs, floppy disks or other materials, advertising make-up.
b) Registration dossier for advertising drugs for human use includes:
– Advertising registration certificate;
– Form and content of advertising drugs for human use;
– Documents verifying advertising content;
– In case an organization or individual requests to advertise a medicinal product of a company that owns a drug circulation registration number issued by the Ministry of Health, it must have a written authorization or written consent to allow advertising from the company. there;

– Advertising registration certificate

d) Registration dossier for advertising vaccines and medical biological products includes:
– Advertising registration certificate;

e) Application for advertising license for functional foods

– Business registration certificate of the enterprise or license to establish a representative office of a foreign trader (copy with seal of the organization or individual registering the advertising content);
– Certificate of declaration of compliance with food safety regulations (for products without technical regulations) or receipt of declaration of conformity issued by a competent state agency (stamped copy). of organizations and individuals registering advertising content);
– A detailed product information sheet that has been confirmed by a competent authority (A copy with the seal of the organization or individual registering the advertising content);
– 01 record of expected advertising content on video disc, audio disc, floppy disk accompanied by 02 copies of the script (stamped by the organization or individual registering the advertising content) for applying for an advertising license on television, cinema, radio.

The validity period of the advertising license will depend on each different advertising product.
